Very friendly and helpful reception.

My stay here was for business, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast is well worth having. Although coffee is available in the reception area, it would be good to have tea and coffee in the room. The location is very central to the opera areas. I would recommend this hotel.

L'accueil est très agréable ; nous nous sentons bien dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont d'une bonne grandeur ainsi que la salle de bains.

Exellent. Location, room, staff, breakfast, bathroom. Be sure, like we did, to get a room looking on the courtyard, no view, but such silence when in the center of Paris! Little drawbacks, though: not enough space to hang coats (two hooks behind the door would have been fine), and an extra chair would have been appreciated. The safe was locked. Extra reading lamps in addition to bedside lamps, but one did not work.
